Camera-equipped web guiding sensors are preferred in various industries for tracking printed lines or material edges near the edges. To define the section you want to track, simply place it within the sensor’s scale on the screen. By recognizing colors or edges and storing them in memory, the sensor sends the necessary voltage information to the web guiding controller to ensure the material stays on the same line.
